Our program provides comprehensive protection tailored specifically for agricultural drone applicators and or standard traditional ground sprayers.  

Coverages Offered:

General Liability: Aerial and Ground Operations subject to a $1 Million Per Occurrence with a $2 Million Aggregate. Coverages include Chemical Drift, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal and Advertising Injury  and Products and Completed Operations.

Aerial Application Liability: Coverage for Application of “Chemicals and Fertilizers” in the course of business where you become legally liable in resulting damages from Bodily Injury and Property Damages. Coverage Limit of $1 Million Per Occurrence with a $1 Million Per Aggregate.  

Errors and Omissions Liability: Coverage for in the event if “Professional Services” or advice is given to a client where the Business Owner becomes legally liable in the result of Bodily Injury and or Property Damage.

Hull & Payload Coverage: Coverage for damages arising from theft, crashes, theft, fire, etc., resulting from a covered peril subject to a deductible for Drones, controllers, batteries, spare parts, cameras, sensors, etc.

Auto Liability & Physical Damage Coverage: Coverage for Autos/Trailers that are used in the business subject to a $1 million Combined Single Limit Per Occurrence. Included with this is Hired and Non-Owned Liability subject to a $1 Million Combined Single Limit Per Occurrence. Physical Damage of any Auto and or Trailer can offered as well.

Cargo Insurance: Coverage for your application product in the course of transit.

Cyber Liability Insurance: Coverage for sensitive data handled by your business.

Excess Liability: Additional Liability coverage for General Liability and Auto Liability Insurance.

Traditional aviation and farm policies often exclude drone spraying or aerial application exposures. Our program was built exclusively for drone applicators, addressing the unique combination of aviation, chemical, and agricultural risks. The preferred program we offer is not based off of the number of drones you have. Our policies have been designed to have a cost associated with the total number of acres that you sprayed and not the per drone cost currently offered by others.

Taxes and fees are not a part of our program as we are offering a package policy with a standard line carrier that is an A+ rated company. Taxes and fees are associated with non-standard lines carriers. Non-standard carriers are often filled with exclusions.

Yes, Chemical misapplication is included in the package policy that we offer.
